Our Cancellation Policy
If you cancel up to 3 months before arrival, your deposit will be refunded minus a EUR 25 processing fee per apartment.
For cancellations from 3 months to 1 month before arrival, 40% of the total rental price will be charged.
For cancellations from 1 month to 1 week before arrival, 70% of the total rental price will be charged.
For cancellations within the last week before arrival, 90% of the total rental price will be charged.
In the case of no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures, 100% of the package price (including final cleaning and local tax) must be paid.
If the apartment is re-rented, no cancellation fees will be charged; however, a processing fee of EUR 25 will apply.
The general terms and conditions for the hotel industry (AGBH 2006) apply (exceptions in §4 End of Accommodation and §5 Cancellation Fee).
